Our Mission

Creativity Shouldn't Have a Cover Charge

The Makers Guild Inc exists to build a space where artists, makers, and creatives in the Manhattan, KS community don't have to choose between their craft and their circumstances. Too often, the barrier to making art isn't talent — it's access. Studio space is expensive. Equipment is expensive. Community is hard to find.

Our vision is an artist commune — a shared physical space where each maker has their own dedicated area to work, grow, and thrive in what they love. Not a drop-in class. Not a rental by the hour. A real home for makers.

We believe that when you give creative people space and community, extraordinary things happen. The Makers Guild is how we make that real.
