Welcome to our page, we hope that you have decided to purchase your new favorite mug from us. here are some important things to consider when purchasing art from a small business.

Processing times: while we strive to stay within our established processing times, the nature of ceramics and running a small business can be chaotic. Made to order items are estimated to take 4 weeks to process before shipping. This is the time we need to make your order the way you want and compensate when the unexpected happens. Ready to ship purchases will take 3 to 5 days to make sure everything is set before we send you your new pot. We strive to be good at communicating with you the progress of your order.

Custom orders: in addition to the made to order pots we also offer fully customized pieces. This process will include a more in depth conversation with us and a 50% deposit of the total cost of your order with the remainder due upon completion before delivery. Quality control: the nature of ceramics is unpredictable, from blow ups in the kiln to misfiring of the kiln and glazes not cooperating. We account for these in our processing times. In the event a piece breaks on its way to you we will happily help mend that experience gor you provided we are informed within 48 hours of receipt.
